سياسة الخصوصية
توضح هذه السياسة كيفية التعامل مع البيانات عند استخدام تطبيق التحكم بالمصروفات، الذي يتيح تسجيل الدخل والمصروفات وإدارة الفئات والعناصر وقائمة التسوق.
البيانات التي تدخلها في التطبيق
يحفظ التطبيق مبالغ الدخل والمصروفات وتواريخها وفئاتها وعناصرها، وأسماء عناصر قائمة التسوق، وإعدادات اللغة والعملة. تُستخدم هذه البيانات لعرض السجلات وحساب الإجماليات والأرصدة وتشغيل وظائف التطبيق.
تُحفظ هذه البيانات في مساحة التطبيق على جهازك. لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب، ولا يرسل التطبيق سجلات دخلك أو مصروفاتك أو قائمة التسوق إلى خادم خاص بالمطور أو إلى خدمة الإعلانات.
النسخ الاحتياطي ونقل البيانات
يسمح التطبيق بالنسخ الاحتياطي الذي يوفره نظام Android. بحسب إعدادات جهازك ومزود خدمة النسخ الاحتياطي، قد تُنسخ قاعدة البيانات والإعدادات إلى خدمة النسخ الاحتياطي المرتبطة بحسابك أو تُنقل عند إعداد جهاز جديد. لا يدير المطور هذه النسخ ولا يستطيع الوصول إليها. يمكنك إدارة النسخ الاحتياطي من إعدادات جهازك وحسابك.
الإعلانات وخدمات Google
يستخدم التطبيق Google Mobile Ads SDK لعرض إعلانات البانر والإعلانات التي تملأ الشاشة. تستخدم نسخة الاختبار الحالية وحدات إعلانية تجريبية من Google.
قد تتعامل خدمة الإعلانات مع عنوان IP لتقدير المنطقة العامة، ومعلومات التفاعل مثل تشغيل التطبيق والنقرات ومشاهدات الفيديو، ومعلومات التشخيص والأداء، ومعرّف الإعلانات ومعرّف مجموعة التطبيقات ومعرّفات أخرى متاحة بحسب الجهاز وإعدادات الخدمة. تُستخدم هذه المعلومات لتقديم الإعلانات وقياسها وتحليل الأداء ومنع الاحتيال، وقد تُشارك مع Google والجهات التي تعمل معها وفق سياساتها.
تُشفّر البيانات التي تجمعها خدمة Google Mobile Ads أثناء النقل باستخدام TLS. لا يعني استخدام إعلانات تجريبية أن خدمة الإعلانات لا تتعامل مع بيانات تقنية.

الأذونات
يستخدم التطبيق اتصال الإنترنت ومعلومات حالة الشبكة لتحميل الإعلانات. قد تضيف خدمة الإعلانات إذن الوصول إلى معرّف الإعلانات. لا يطلب التطبيق أذونات الوصول إلى جهات الاتصال أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو الموقع الدقيق.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
تبقى السجلات المحلية محفوظة إلى أن تحذفها من التطبيق أو تمسح بياناته من إعدادات Android. يمكنك حذف المصروفات وعناصر التسوق داخل التطبيق، وحذف الفئات والعناصر عندما تسمح علاقاتها بالسجلات بذلك. لمسح جميع البيانات المحلية، انتقل إلى إعدادات الجهاز، ثم التطبيقات، ثم التحكم بالمصروفات، ثم التخزين، ثم مسح البيانات. يؤدي ذلك إلى حذف السجلات والإعدادات المحلية.
قد تبقى نسخ احتياطية لدى مزود النسخ الاحتياطي وفق إعداداته، وقد تُستعاد البيانات عند إعادة التثبيت. لإدارة هذه النسخ أو حذفها، استخدم إعدادات النسخ الاحتياطي لدى مزود الخدمة. يخضع الاحتفاظ ببيانات خدمات الإعلانات وحذفها لسياسات Google وأدواتها.
خيارات الخصوصية والأمان
يمكنك إدارة معرّف الإعلانات، بما في ذلك إعادة تعيينه أو حذفه عندما يكون هذا الخيار متاحاً، من إعدادات الخصوصية أو الإعلانات في Android. تختلف أسماء الخيارات بحسب الجهاز وإصدار النظام.
يعتمد حفظ السجلات المحلية على حماية مساحة التطبيق التي يوفرها Android؛ ولا يضيف التطبيق تشفيراً مستقلاً لقاعدة البيانات أو قفلاً بكلمة مرور. يُنصح باستخدام قفل آمن للجهاز.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how data is handled when you use Expense Control, which lets you record income and expenses and manage categories, items, and a shopping list.
Data you enter in the app
The app saves income and expense amounts, dates, categories and items, shopping list item names, and language and currency settings. This data is used to display records, calculate totals and balances, and provide the app’s functions.
This data is stored in the app’s storage on your device. The app does not require an account and does not send your income records, expense records, or shopping list to a developer-operated server or to the advertising service.
Backups and data transfer
The app allows Android system backups. Depending on your device settings and backup provider, the database and settings may be copied to the backup service associated with your account or transferred when you set up a new device. The developer does not manage or have access to these backups. You can manage backups through your device and account settings.
Advertising and Google services
The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display banner and full-screen interstitial ads. The current testing version uses Google’s test ad units.
The advertising service may handle your IP address to estimate your general location; interaction information such as app launches, taps, and video views; diagnostic and performance information; and the advertising ID, app set ID, and other identifiers available depending on the device and service settings. This information is used to deliver and measure ads, analyze performance, and prevent fraud. It may be shared with Google and parties it works with under their policies.
Data collected by Google Mobile Ads is encrypted in transit using TLS. Using test ads does not mean that the advertising service does not handle technical data.

Permissions
The app uses internet access and network state information to load ads. The advertising service may add permission to access the advertising ID. The app does not request access to contacts, the camera, microphone, or precise location.
Data retention and deletion
Local records remain stored until you delete them in the app or clear the app’s data through Android settings. You can delete expenses and shopping items in the app, and delete categories and items when their relationships to records allow it. To erase all local data, open your device’s Settings, then Apps, then Expense Control, then Storage, then Clear data. This deletes local records and settings.
Backups may remain with your backup provider according to its settings, and data may be restored when you reinstall the app. To manage or delete backups, use your provider’s backup settings. Retention and deletion of advertising service data are governed by Google’s policies and tools.
Privacy choices and security
You can manage your advertising ID, including resetting or deleting it where available, through Android privacy or advertising settings. Option names vary by device and Android version.
Local records rely on the protection Android provides for app storage. The app does not add separate database encryption or a password lock. Using a secure device screen lock is recommended.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app’s features, services, or data handling practices change. The last updated date appears at the top of this page.
